We provide international express shipping services for Nepal to more than 200 destinations, with same day pickup if you schedule before noon from the Kathmandu Valley, and after your parcel clears customs at TIA, it will be on its way to its destination via the next available flight.
For collection of your parcel within Kathmandu Valley on the very same day, make your booking prior to 12:00 PM on any working day. We will come for its pick up in the afternoon of the same day.

Be aware that Australian customs are very restrictive regarding food, wooden articles and biological specimens; your consignment may be either seized or sent back. For custom clearing, confine yourself to documents, fabrics, and handmade items only.

The quickest express way from Nepal – 2-4 business days. Although being neighboring countries, parcels have to pass through TIA and get delivered by air. Clearing of customs in the airport of destination in India is the main factor affecting the delivery time.

All transit times start counting from the day the shipment gets exported clearance from TIA. Possible delays include destination customs, public holidays, and routing of carriers.

We will arrange for pick-up at your residential or office addresses in Kathmandu Valley. We handle the packaging and if you have any doubt regarding packaging then please ask while booking your shipment.
We prepare the Air Waybill (AWB), Customs Declaration Form and Commercial Invoice as necessary. It is important to correctly complete your documentation. Inaccurate or incomplete documentation is the most common reason why shipments are held at the destination customs.
Your package will go through customs clearance procedures at Tribhuvan International Airport and handed over to the carrier for onward transport.
Once AWB is created, you will receive the tracking information number. You will be able to track your package all the way till delivery through our tracking page
Express deliveries are shipped using preferential routes, are handled faster at transit centers, and receive one attempt to deliver at their destination. Economy deliveries are shipped using any available capacity, which is fine when time isn't a factor, but not when it is.
Express pricing depends on the larger of the two figures, the real weight of the parcel or its volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is determined by the following formula:
Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5,000
Hence, a big but lightweight package – let's say 40cm × 30cm × 20cm – has the volumetric weight of 4.8 kg. No matter that it actually weighs 1kg, you will pay for shipping 4.8kg of the package.
In case you have multiple items to send to the same destination, inform us beforehand and we will consolidate the items for delivery in one consignment and not separate parcels.

Schedule before 12:00 noon and we’ll collect your package from any Kathmandu valley address in the same day. If you schedule after noon then the collection would take place the next working day.

It takes 5-7 working days from TIA export clearance point. The customs clearance procedure of Australia is stringent therefore you must declare your parcels properly. Items such as food products, seeds and untreated wood products are often seized.
This problem does not usually arise, but if this occurs, then we will assist you in determining the reasons and actions to be taken by the receiver. In most cases, this happens due to under-declaration or lack of some document.
