The courier assigned to your door-to-door pick-up comes to your location in Kathmandu at the arranged time. To avail of the same day pick-up, please place the order prior to noon. In case of inter-city next day delivery, please place the order before 3:00 PM.
We provide you with a consignment note containing a unique number used for tracking your parcel both by you and your receiver.
A delivery representative delivers your parcel to your receiver and takes a delivery receipt. Payment is received for COD deliveries. You will be informed of the delivery and paid your remittance for COD orders.

Namaste Cargo Nepal delivers direct to all main city centers and district headquarters. For remote areas in VDCs and rural municipalities, deliveries will be carried out through our authorized sub-agents and partners. Delivery time to remote areas would take 3-7 working days based on road availability and accessibility. Please consult our representative about your delivery destination.
In order to get Same Day Delivery service, the parcel should be picked up from your address before 12.00 noon (Kathmandu time). Parcels that get picked up after 12.00 noon would be dispatched on next working day for delivery on next working day in the Valley.
Once the customer receives their parcel and makes the COD payment to our delivery man, the money received is processed at Namaste Cargo Nepal and then remitted to your bank account or mobile wallet on 3 days or weekly settlement basis.

In the event the recipient is not available at the delivery location, our representative will try again the next working day. If after two unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be kept in the nearest hub of ours for collection, and the sender will be notified. For COD packages, the packages are sent back to the sender in case of uncollected packages.
Domestic packages are insured under our basic liability policy. In case you have a high valued package like an electronic device, jewelry, or important documents, then you should consider getting the cargo insured for the package.
